RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority! We have a 15 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging.The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Item in sale / clearance are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange of any kind.
 
How to Return/Exchange
Simply email us at bijouxexclusivemtl@gmail.cm and let us know how we can help you. When returning a package, be sure to get tracking information so that your package is traceable, and write your order number on the outside of your package. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 2 weeks for processing. 

We always quality check every piece before ship it out but in case you have received damaged or defective merchandise please do not worry, please email us at bijouxexclusivemtl@gmail.com we will be happy to help you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

LOST PACKAGE

BIJOUX EXCLUSIVE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
